His LAID OFF EMPLOYEES cant get help because he classified them as 1099 workers.
How can that be when his call center employees worked one of 2 shifts. 9:30am until 3 pm or 3pm until 8 pm Monday thru friday. And his door knockers left everyday at 2pm ?
We have filed a claim with the IRS. Because of this scumbag I know of one family that is now homeless and one person who could not pay rent is on the streets also. Even his partne Scott was scared of what was going on and
pulled out all of his money after Jim Miller refused to give him any of his money back.
We will update this report and let Monitronics know that the claims have been settled. Note Jim is a Dealer for monitronics and sits on its board of directors. We made him at least $30,000 a month.
