Securitas Security Service Securitas Terrible Employer! STAY AWAY! Knoxville, Tennessee
This is the worst company that anyone could IMAGINE ever working for. Please, STAY AWAY, because you WILL be sorry. I promise you that. You'll never see a pay raise, the insurance? is a joke, there's NO advancement, NO retirement and the work environment is downright miserable on your best day. Their clients treat you with NO dignity or respect and you'll be forced to do ANY and EVERYTHING but the job you were hired for. Any crap job the client doesn't want to do then let security do it. And don't even think about complaining because you may as well be talking to a brick wall. NOBODY CARES! The regional manager, Stoneless Love, is the most spineless coward there is and does NOT care about any employee in his area. You never see him so I guess he's hiding under his desk waiting for the next lawsuit to land at his door. At client XXXXX, Z.M., is the WORST excuse for a supervisor ANYONE has ever worked around. If that's possible, he's even more spineless and cowardly than Love is. He does absolutely NOTHING but show up except when it comes to one female employee and then he bends over backwards to give her anything she demands. It takes favoritism to a whole new level and it causes problems for everyone but it doesn't matter to those two. They live in their own little world together and screw everyone else. Talk about incompetent, they could put a uniform on a mannequin and it would be more useful and a lot smarter than Z.M. is. Listen people before you do something you'll regret if you need a job in E. Tennessee area this is BELOW scraping the bottom of the barrel. Don't say you weren't warned and please take this advice seriously because it's honest and truthful. Two things you'll NEVER find with this Securitas branch.

I been with quite a few companies in Knoxville, TN and have been a security officer for 14+ years. I can certainly tell you that with the Knoxville division, I am extremely happy. They bend over backwards to help all the employees on the contract that I am working at. The client is very kind and very helpful to all of us. They, the client and employers, are 100% behind us.
All my co-workers have a great attitude. In this business, it is not all about you.. It is about protecting and serving the client. No room for selfishness or self-pity. I appreciate the Knoxville branch.... with Christy and Elizabeth they certainly do all they can to please the employees. I give them 2 thumbs up. They know how to take care of the client and the employees as well.
