Unless you are under a contract that guarantees you certain wages or says that you must approve any change in wages in writing, it doesn't matter if they "get your permission" or not to change your rate. Because Maine is an "At-Will" state they could fire you for basically any reason that doesn't violate anti-discrimination laws..and not accepting a pay cut is not discrimination.
Not only that you complaint is that they wanted to pay you between $9.25-9.50/hr and you wanted a minimum of $10/hr. But for several weeks you were getting paid $11/hr. Let's see the last time I checked 11 > 10. Not only that you only went to $9.50/hr for only 1 week and they are compensating you with paying you $11/hr for another month.
Yet after what looks like them bending over backwards...you STILL write a RipOff report on them. Well you say you still work there, you better hope that they don't find out and fire your a** for doing something this stupid. Of course if they do perhaps you might find some way to sue them and then never have to work another day in your life..ummm not a bad plan if this is what you are thinking.
