If you maintained good documentation, a daily journal of who, what, where, when, how and possibly WHY these things happened to you and you can produce witnesses to the same, then you have a CLASS ACTION SEX DISCRIMINATION SUIT. Take all of the evidence and take it to the EEOC which is a governmental agency that handles this sort of thing. I have to admit they haven't filed too many cases where i am from bt things might be different where you live. But they probably have all of the cards stacked in their favor. One thing that rear eschelon people in the armed forces learn and learn well is HOW TO BACKSTAB and CYOA! And they don't care who they hurt. There are a lot of men in Security who just DO NOT LIKE WOMEN! Period. No way. No how. And they seem to be increasing steadily in numbers. My advice: GET OUT AND STAY OUT OF PRIVATE CONTRACT SECURITY WORK! It is NO PLACE for intelligent, literate, articulate people to be anyway unless you are doing mercenary work overseas and can retire on what you make there! Or else you will be putting your life together from a gutter like me after wasting 20 years of my life in the vile business. I wish I had known it woul dend up like this. I was having fun and LOVED my job and the danger and the excitement... THIS IS HOW IT ENDS!

Hi there, I think security companies are incompetent and are run by a bunch of morons. You have every right to report the ethics violations that this company has done. I'm sorry that you lost your job and there are better ways to support your family. You can make better money truck driving or anything else you desire to do. Good luck to you. :)
