Starting this off just warning any yankee staduim fans that drive to the game be aware of the garage ajacent to gate 2. This parking company is the worst along with its security. Ive been coming to the staduim for several years and for some reason this garage just gets more and more out of hand. Ive been scamed/hustled time and time again first off the model there is money money money. Parking there is 35$ for some reason the security supervisor whose name is Ralph cuevas (via: yankee i.d) demands that in order to park there you must by a blue parking for 50$ to enter the garage. It never fails every time i enter the garage he demands money even when i have a parking pass the next hustle is to be parked in a good spot which he wants 20$ added to the 50$ already given to him. I have spoken to quik park personel an nothing gets done the management and supervision in this garage is poor. Its so sad to me that when you enter the garage on river avenue side the environment is much calmer. I really hope the yankees get rid of these folks and bring in some honest staff instead of these scammers they have outside now. From quik park to the securitas security its bad they are ripingoff several people and im sure buissness wise its not doing to good i really hope the remove these personel out of garage B securitas supervisor Ralphy cuevas hes been there since this new garage opened up an been scaming guest since then, Quik just need new management they dont know how to operate a garage. If you do park in this garage ajqcent to gate 2 (lot B) please dont fall into there money scam

This report is so true by mr.hank abdul i was also hustled out of my money parking in the same garage by the same supervisor. On the jerome avenue entrance i had a pass and was told i couldent park on the 1st level ramp unless i presented Ralphy with some money i offered 10$ he stated he wont go no lower then 20$.  I had to give 20$ in order to keep my vehicle on the ramp or if he parked me in a handicap spot that would cost more.  I was told to park on the roof if i did not to pay. Its not only this garage because now i park in the 164th street garage and its the same hustle, this parking company that represents yankee staduim parking sucks and gives the yankees a bad name.  They charge 35$ for parking and then want money for certain spots its ridiculous and someone need to step in. Theres allegations talking about these issues everywhere : internet web sites, newspaper articles . I advise all yankee fans to drive to the game its less stress and less money. I am a witness to the trap mr. Abdul fell in and now i dont drive to games because of this both ralphy/securitas and quik park there greedy, racist, pigs.

First off to let it be known you do not have to be a season ticket holder to have a parking pass. I am not a season ticket holder and a parking pass comes with my tickets. Second that garage (Lot B)  who i got the name from quik park personel is not only for season ticket holders its for anyone with a parking pass thats why there are sighns posted in both river and jerome entances.  You may know it as he 164 street garage others may know it as lot B but the 164 street garage is across the street from garage b if you didnt know.  I dont know anyone wih tattoos, nor did i see anyone with tattoos so i dont know who you are referring to when you mentioned that person on river avenue. When i enter the garage for my games theres usually a tall dark skinned guy on the river entrance and for a night game i usully come in around 5 or 5:30 i dont go to day games. I dont know anyone whose jealous as you stated, i dont know these guards personally all i can say is that on several occasions by both the securitas supervisor whose name is ralph, ralphy or ralphael what ever you want to call him, when i asked a quick park personel i was told his name is ralphy doesnt matter whats his name is we are speaking about the same person obviously. About micheal kay and susan has nothing to do with me because you being a 10yr season ticket holder parking in that lot you should know that those with parking passes has never had access to the 1st floor or 2nd floor the 1st floor is for yankee exectuves and have handicap spots, an the 2nd floor this year is completely reserved and as of last year that floor i believed was for yankee employees or you had to be on a list. Not season ticket holders, Not those that just have a parkig pass but as you stated ralph takes care of you ($$$). This is not a personal vendetta this is simply a report stating what i have exsperienced parking in this garage an hope that the proper measures will be taking care of. Like i stated in my first report i have emailed the yankees and do have close buissness partners in the yankee office so i will make sure this problem get handled. Just like you will Mr. Season ticket holder. I have entered threw both sides on different occasions im hustled on jerome and my tip is denied on river avenue just to see the difference on the 2 sides. On river avenue to get into detail i was turned away from that entrance when i did not have a parking pass bur if i go to jerom l i can get a pass threw mr. Ralph as they say (Money talks). I will follow up with the yankees to make sure something gets done this is simply soliciting which can be either a felony or misdemeanor and if this is where it must go then we can take it there. Its clearly you as a season ticket holder doesnt know anything regarding this garage things you have listed sounds as if your an employee whose covering for ralph.

Hello Dear Reader,

I would like to add a voice of reason and truth to this mish mash of lies, inuendo and self-serving inflamatory comments. I am a season ticket holder for 10 years and currently have 10 seat licenses to a premium area at the stadium. I have a 10 year committment to the yankees to keep my champion suite tickets and attend 50-60 games a year. I am fortunate in being able to afford these seats to go see the team and game I love. I know the 164th street garage well and know "Ralphy" or Ralph as we Preimum Season Ticket Holders know him.

To clarify some lies and obvious issues with the "complaint" above:

The 164th st. parking deck is designated as the PREMIUM parking location for premium season ticket holders. Those of us who have these "Blue Tickets" have earned them through having seniority as Premium Season Ticket Holders. So how the author(s) of the slander written above gets these blue tickets is beyond me. The only people allowed to park in this deck are us premium season ticket holders, select Yankee Alumni, Michael Kay, Sterling and Waldman, and a few Yankee admin staff. Otherwise how this person gains access is a scam and taking a spot away from we who have earned them.

Do staff in the deck take tips? of course they do, this is NYC, not Iowa. You can tell by the caliber of cars in this deck that the patrons that have access are people of means, and people of means tend to take care of those that take care of us. I tip everyone there at the last game of the regular season, as do many of my fellow premium season ticket holders. Just like doormen, or pizza delivery persons.

Ralph has always been kind and considerate to me, my family and my guests. Never once has he asked for a tip, nor acted in anyway unbecoming of a gentleman. I have several other Premium Season Ticket Holders that will echo my feelings. Regardless of the corporate names that are being bantered about by the complaining parties above, the Yankees are the beginning, middle and end of this parking deck, and believe me when I type this; The Yankees listen to those that spend the kind of money that we do. Even more to those of us that have made a decade long committment to continue to spend that money. If there were any shakedowns going on, we would have immediately raised the alarm. I, and many other premium season ticket holders, trust Ralph and his crew with our friends and families when we cannot be there to shepard them through the process of parking, validating the parking ticket and getting into the stadium. Those of us that EARNED the right to be in this deck appreciate Ralph and his crew for all they do for us. Especially keeping ghetto slime like the author(s) of the complaint above out of our secure parking deck.

Which all leads me to the salient point that is a obvious telltale of who is behind this post. Towards the end of the complaint, the authors refer to the 164th Street Parking Deck as "garage B." No civilian would know that, we all call it the 164th street deck. The only people that refer to this deck as "garage B" are personnel that work there. Miserable, unappealling and jealous workers that are stuck at the River St. entrance where no one of any worth goes in. I, and other Premium Season Ticket Holders, know who these miscreants are, your little yellow vest and your tattoos, and we will make it our duty to have you removed from the little jobs you hold. I am composing a letter to Yankee leadership describing what you two are trying to do, it will be signed by no less than 18 premium season ticket holders with 10 year committments. Who do you think will win this little dust up? You two and your $15/hr low skilled jobs or a couple of million dollars of revenue a year to the Yankees?

Dear Readers, This is the problem with the internet and its anonmous nature. People with nefarious intent use forums such as this to malign and slander good and honest people for what they hope will be personal gain. I am glad that I was told about this site and this complaint. Show yourself, "Mr. Abdul" from Queens. Everything is on security cameras, show yourself being "shaken down" otherwise retract your complaint or I will personally make it my quest to see you and your accomplice terminated.
