In September 2007, Securitas security officers took test vehicles off-site for joy rides from the Toyota Technical Center in Gardena, CA. The site supervisor discovered the misconduct, reported it, and was subsequently fired as his reward. Employee turnover at this site is sky high. They've gone through 10 site supervisors and countless SOs since this incident. I don't know why Toyota continues to do business with Securitas. You are right that corporations who do business with them are fools, looking to be undone.

Perhaps Securitas would like to explain to all their staff, why it is that some of them are employed in government funded work and consequently get paid late or not at all by their pay-roll dept. As I understood it, that is an offense! If you employ over half a million people, then neglect or forget to pay half of them on time or at all, then how much interest is that on the company bank account? Then when they do fix your pay dispute, they neglect to mention, they might have TAXED you twice.

You mean you did not check this company out with Rip-Off REport before you even CONSIDERED going to work there or maybe you thought you had union protection and it would be different. Like Hell.... Look what the UAW did to the auto workers-- especially the younger ones ---less than the older ones... Much less. Soon they will be working for minimum wage or assempling GM cars in prison in Bangladesh...unless India nukes them! I have heard this all before. So Sorry. Read Rip off report next time you even CONSIDER working for a private ocntract security company. "nuff said.
