This company says they will look after the customers. This company will lie and cheat whatever it takes to get your signature. We got involved with this company for their best rates, the rates are a lie, the machines break down, and when we call for service, they do not answer the phone. We thought they were in Canada, and found out they do not have an office in Canada. This company is american. They promised us a buyout for our previous merchant service contract, and they did not do it, They altered the contract, and when we started asking found out it is common practice that Steven Lemma, the boss changes signatures, unbelievable, they should be arrested.
