Complaint Review: see it click it - Manchester Alberta

This company called me initially saying that they were Facebook. It wasn't until later in the conversation that they clarified that they work with Facebook (one of our 'clients') and the company is actually called See it Click it     wwwseeitclick.it   (geddit?  "we're not a .com cos the names sounds better y'know wha' I mean")

I suspected early on by their manner, fairly ignorant 'street' lingo that they were not professional or legitimate. I have been ripped off before by a similar outfit called UK webfinder

I decided to let them talk on to hear the sales pitch and ask them questions to see what bullshit answers they come up with. Boy do they like to talk!!.....aggressive, pushy, demented

When asked, the man gave his freely name as Trevor Guelli The deal was join their new campaign offer and you will have an advert which will appear in targeted advertising within facebook within your geographical range of 25 miles from your postcode. For example, "when someone on facebook changes their details, certain keywords will trigger your ad to appear - you might get 450,000 impressions"   Also "if someone sends someone else a message which is relevant to your business your ad will be triggered".......WOW !! thats amazing

Whats more you will be the ONLY busines of your type within the range! Its b*******. The more you let him talk the more obvious it is he's making it all up

Does facebook operate within geographical ranges? What happens if someone outside your range sends a message to someone within your range? Can I request a different range.....questions were eagerly pouring from my quivering lips

Trevor went to check with the technical guys......and "yes you can have another range!"

Can I talk to someone whoi is an existing customer? "er.....just hang on...."Trevor came back with a mobile number to only call at a certain time, which I did. It was supposed to be another photographer Sohail Romel. The guy was obviously dodgy, high on speed or something, claiming to be another professional same as me (but he didnt know what he was talking about nor did his website exist surprise surprise)

Anyway Trevor called me back keen to push the deal through, really getting pushy. I told him that Id seen lots of complaints online about his See it Click it and he got really mad saying these were people who hadnt returned their documents on time, always complained and ignore them.

Trevor ranted on and put me on hold. I eventually hung up on him and he tried to call 3 times in quick succession

I hope that I had wasted 2 hours of his day. As I said I had experienced similar situation before so was wary but I might have otherwise been fooled

DO NOT agree to paying See it Click it ANYTHING

They are criminals
