Seedhouse a ridiculous waste of time and money Chicago Il
I should have known to stay away from this company when I visited the website and read the blog. The blog looks like it was written by a slow-witted 5-year-old and certainly not an advertising professional.
I was looking for somebody to promote my t-shirt brand in Chicago. I set up several meetings with local branding companies.
When I first went into the office, the man who I was meeting with there whose name is Bryan was talking on the phone to someone who I only hope was his friend and not a client. He was using horribly sexist language to describe a female client. It turned out he was the owner of the company.
I asked how he would go about promoting my t-shirt business and he didn't even seem to know what he was talking about. He had no real plan. When I asked him for references, he gave me the name of somebody I later found out was his friend and not a real client.
He boasted about having good reviews on the internet and being selected by online magazines in one of the top marketing companies in Chicago. Upon further investigation, I found that he paid to be on these lists.
From what I can surmise, this Brian guy is just a trust fund baby who is running his business on his daddy's money. He has no real experience and is not very smart to boot.
Fortunately, I did not sign a contract with him or give him any money. I can't imagine that anyone would be that daft. I wanted to save the rest of you the time of going down there and meeting with him.
