We were very excited to get the rest of our blinds from Select Blinds. We had already had a number of very good experiences with them and had recommended them to our friends in the past. However, after receiving our most recent shipment of blinds, we were extremely upset to find that not only was the color off but WAY off!

I called believing they would help us sort it out. I was told they were special order and therefore non-returnable and that it was indeed the correct color. A claim I highly doubt. They said that in the fine print they are allowed to change color every 30 days. Wow! I didn't know a color could completely and utterly change so much. They aren't even in the same spectrum of color!!!

The manager, Sean, then told me that they would check their supplier to see if we could get the blinds in the same color still. He said he would call on Monday. On Tuesday I still hadn't heard from him and I called back. Left a message with one of his staff and I still haven't heard from him and it's Thursday. They really don't want to help me out. I have 3 blinds left to fill my house of all matching blinds. I can't even believe they will only give me 40% off! I got 30% off on my first order. They are always giving 30% off!

My problem with Select Blinds is the deceit. They put in the "fine print" that they are subject to change therefore always eliminating any fault on their part! Very deceitful business practices.

My next stop is the Better Business Bureau!
