Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I just recently tried to go thru a PAP program to get assistance with my meds., but was rejected....within minutes I received an email from SCBN, who welcomed me to their club...this was unsolicited....They were helpful in completing my applicatiions and mailed them to me....but when they refused to provide a physical address I became suspicious and check this site....Now they have already charged my account the $50 app. fee and the first month of drugs cost/ $60...on my card...now my request for assistance from these companies has not been approved yet and I have not sent in the packet...I just hope I get my $ back......can't afford to lose money when I don't have a job....

So, whoever is reading this please cancel your credit card and for God's sake do not give out your bank account # to these people...They're very good at convincing you they are sincere, but again like many of these fradulent low cost health care companies, they are out to take advantage of people....I live in Florida and have dealt with this before....I should know to check this site before I do anything...Let's get these guys...It's a shame for people to take advantage when times are so tough....

Listen Everyone you donot need these people to get your medicine. I have contacted several of the  pharmaceutical company on my own. There is not a lot of red tape most of the info can be done over the phone and a fax. PLEASE do your own homework your meds can be FREE of charge with no other fees. This network is only doing the same phone calls you can do. This Guy Brad is makeing a killing off of people by scaming everyone. After being ripped off for 2 years I learned way to late but, this not going to happen anymore if I can help it. I am going to contact everyone I can about them.

I do not see that you are a member. Everything we say in our emails is true and correct. In fact, a person must be have gone to our website and entered your email address and asked for more information to receive emails from us. I am sorry you chose not to sign up and save hundreds to thousands of dollars a year with our services. It is a shame Tabbi, that you did not read my response to Sally. She posted her 'complaint' on the Rip Off Report before calling us about her account and realizing all of the work we had done on her behalf. To this day, she is still a paying member of our service and is getting her medications. I do not see how that makes us anything but a great company. SCBN continues to help people that complain publicly about them. SCBN is committed to helping people get their medications and we are not worried about a few complaints when we help approximately 10,000 Americans receive their medications every day. I received an emial today from scbn...I had to laugh...the letter looked more like something a car sales man would say......That's right! You will no longer have to suffer each month when paying those high prices at the pharmacy. This is because our state of the art software has matched you to programs that will help you get your medications and shown that you qualify to receive assistance. lol lol lol. They really need to work on their writing techniques lol. It is thanks to places like this that I am not scammed. I thank you all for letting me know about them. I also looked up on other websites and boy are those people really mad. There are a lot of angry customers out there. I am sorry all of you were scammed. Thank you again for reporting it and thank you ripoff report for all you have done.

One month and one week after submitting my packet I have all my medications but 2 and I requested help with seven. Yes, the packet is a pain, but there are some things others just cannot do for you. I followed the instructions carefully and have had minimal hassels. Yes, some of mine had to be appealled after being initially turned down but the SCBN staff took care of that and now I have those medicines as well. On top of that the SCBN staff has been great. I had no trouble with my monthly fee being reduced for these two medications that SBCN could not get for me - no hassle, no proof of anything required. When I call, I always get a call back almost immediately and I have never gotten anyone on the phone that wasn't helpful and nice. Unfortunately, some people have an entitlement mentality and don't want to go to any trouble for what they get. SCBN can't do everything for you but they do advocate with the commpanies and they got me what I needed when I couldn't get it myself. I am a very satisfied customer and intend to renew my contract for many years.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I have spent some time going over your case with our Advocate Team, and I think that you will find the resolution to meet your expectations. I know that you were concerned with the fact that we had complaints about our company, but we have members across the country and there are always complaints. Select Care is committed to making certain that every member uses their membership and gets their medications. I researched your file and see you are still a member and you are receiving your medications except with some minor problems with one of the companies wanting more information. Soon your advocates will have that matter resolved and you will have all the medications. You are one of thousands of members that will save thousands of dollars this year alone. Thank you for working with us to make certain you get the medications that you need every day. We look forward to helping you for many years in the future and for as long as you need assistance. Sincerely, Brad Williams SCBN Customer Care Manager 512-406-5057
