Select Portfolio Servicing Mortgage fraud. Mortgage debt continues to escalate despite their so-called modifciations. Continued phone calls and harrassments and ever get to speak to our assigned Relatoionship Manager. ONe we finally got to speak to il advised us on modification procedures and the company refuses to allow us to speak to him. He does not return calls even though we all his number and direct extension. Depite a recent modifiation the account they say is in default, yet the purpose of modification is to bring the account current and out of default. We even have a letter saying we are current from them, and the next day someone calls from SPS saying you are in default, or that the modification that we thought we got was still being processed. Very confusing company never get to speak to one or same person. If we cant trust one so called Manager how can we be expected to trust the word of another faceless individual? Select Portfolio recently provided us with a modification. the modification however did not change our payment at all as a matter of fact it increased it. We originally were not going to accept it beause of this, however after a phone conversation with one of their Relationship Managers we became convinced that it was in our best interests since it would at least bring the debt current. We did so only to discover afterwards by another manager that we were still in default. then anothe manger called saying the modification was still in progress. then another manager calls saing the first did not know what he was talking about. When I asked for her to have him all me directly the person on the phoned agreed. The next day yet another manager calls instead of the one I requested stating that the one I wish to speak to was not in for another week. they say they record all conversations yet cannot fiind the one in which their agent advised us to sign the document and have our mortage delinquency cured. so as of now we are either still being processed as one agent says, in default per another or awaiting a payment adjustment based on our submittal of property insurance per another. We know not where we stand.

My name is Sarah, I am replying to you because saw your comment reply about Select Portfolio Servicinginvolved with your mortgage company. I work for a company that deals with these types Select Portfolio Servicing have been one of the names that has been coming up a whole lot lately. It seems they are involved with a ton of fraudulent loans.
We will be able to advise,consult and educate you. You may be able to receive the compensation you deserve due to the negligence of the lenders involved. It is your obligation to yourself to use your last means of defense to get to the truth of this matter. Once you provide evidence that they have been collecting on your property illegally you can take it to court and petition to void the deed of trust.
When and/if your property is being foreclosed on one of the things we do offer is a packet for a Stay of Execution which has stopped at least two of our clients from losing their homes until we were able to finish the investigation for them.

All Lenders are must produce the Documents required by Law to prove ownership of the loan. This is called Validation.
