Selectblinds.com BAIT AND SWITCH ON DELIVERY Gilbert Arizona
I ordered custom blinds on their site - after carefully reading their website and seeing no bad reports. After I ordered them and waited 7 days past when they were supposed to be delivered (which was 3 weeks from original orde date) I made three separate phone calls to find out they weren't even in production yet. They allegedly "backordered" the materials and never notified me...even though the status on the site for my order said "delivered" when I signed back on 2 weeks later it said estimated delivery date (Two weeks prior) but status as In production. First operator took down all the information and said she would call right back and never did. Second operator I called said they estimated another week for production and another 7 days for delivery. I asked her for refund. Still waiting on paypal to refund me...
