I understand your frustration. I got a quote on about 15 books from them, but by the time I got them ready to be packed and shipped, I had to get another quote (not my highest priority). I did this twice before sending in the package, and this caused some confusion with their system.
After about 2 months of waiting, I went to their website to investigate how to complain. I was virtually met by Adam in a chat box, who tried to find my order based on my details. He was unable to fully verify receipt of my order, but based on the packing list number I gave him and a few book titles, he agreed to fully give me the price on the most recent quote, and he had the money in my Paypal account within 2 hours after my complaint.
I think their processes and procedures need a bit of ironing out, but based on the attention Adam gave me, I think they're truly trying. They certainly aren't a rip off, my Paypal account proves that, and honestly, I'm glad to get my shelf space back and make a few bucks at the same time.
