On Sunday, March 3, 2019, I purchased CONCEPTUAL PHYSICS C2009 COMPUTER TEST BANK by PRENTICE HALL, Item number 273716074766, for $52.88. Today, Monday, March 11, 2019, I received an empty cover only with NO CD INCLUDED. It appears that this company, which does business under several fictitious names (i.e., sellbackyourbook.com, Sell Your Book, secondsale.com, Second Sale, EZ Book Recycle, Inc., Glenthebookseller) and operates from the following address: 625 S Railroad St., Bldg. 11, Montgomery, IL 60538, routinely commits mail fraud via interstate commerce, by scamming its customers and accepting payment and then failing to deliver the product that was ordered.
