I have been going to this casino for about 5 years. In 2011 I won a 42k jackpot and decided after many people's advice to do a 1 year self exclusion so that I did not give back all of this money. After 2.5 years I decided to go back. I won a jack pot for just a little over 2200 on 05/14/2014 and was refused payment because I did not get permission to come back after I did a ( self exclusion 2.5 years ago for 1 year) now they are refusing to pay me the 2200 and never was I informed properly of the details allowing them to steal my money!! This needs to stop thia casino has a license to steal and physically abuse pedestrians with no recourse!! Who is allowing this to happen?? I thought we lived in the USA???

You don't have to cheat to want to avoid getting weekly or daily solicitationa to tempt you to return to a casino. Winning that much money gives you a false sense of realty and leads you to believe you can win again. I was asked by my boyfriend to do the exclusion never realizing after a year I had to beg to come back. After signing the fPRM for the 1 year exclusion the casino employee said ok see you in a year!!! If I diD something illegal they would have ban me now wouldn't they!!!!

The casino has a way of abusing individuals. I have heard on numerous occasions of the Seminole police abusing the freedom of the soverinty. They falsely have occused people of creating a scene or a disturbs and then forceably remove these people or arrest them. One Seminole police officer dislocated my friends shoulder there simply because they asked for his badge number after witnessing a terrible abuse to another patron. You sound like you work for the casino so clearly your comment means nothing to me!!!

A self-exclusion program would be meaningless if individuals could sign up for the program and continue to play and win casino jackpots. Seminole Gaming recognizes that some people may be compulsive gamblers and/or decide not to continue to play; it offers a self-exclusion program to help them and their families. The program eliminates the potential for jackpot wins above the level that must be reported to the IRS, thereby removing the incentive to gamble and win. What in the world is a "Self Exclusion". To most people if they don't want to "give back" all of their money, they just stop going to the Casino and take their winnings and leave.
The way you make it sound is that you actually signed some paper that said you voluntarily not come back for a year. But the ONLY reason the Casino would require that is if you were caught cheating or violating some gaming regulation. So what is the full story.
By the way exactly how are they physically abusing pedestrians.
