seneca skin creme Vitabella skin creme I was RIPPED OFF! Seneca Skin took my $200.00 and used Dr.Oz as an endorsement. Please do your reseach first! Santa Ana, California
I had been doing research on facial cremes, and saw a tv program on specific ingredients that are helpful in anti aging properties, so I thought why not the net also. Well, I found Seneca Skin Creme and they were claiming Dr.Oz endorsed this product on his program, (that one I did not see), and was offering a FREE trial, pay only shipping. What escalated the "oh why not", was that was the last day of the offer! So, I received the product and later checked my bank statement and was charged $99.00 and $94.45... Iwas RIPPED OFF and so very upset with myself. I don't have very much money to begin with, so this is very upsetting.
I don't know what to do to recover it, at this point I'm considering it a loss and my very stupid mistake

Im going to help you BECAUSE in the two years I have been coming to this site, YOU are the first person to ADMIT THIER MISTAKE!!! I see it ALL THE TIME!!! Because people REFUSE to READ they end up in these situations!!! YOU are the very first person to ACTUALLY admit that YOU made the mistake!!! The ONLY thing you can do is CANCEL the card that THEY have on file. Then you contact them and inform them that the product is NOT for you and to CANCEL your membership. This way YOU have covered ALL of the bases. You WONT be getting back your original purchase. Mainly due to the fact that what YOU had signed up for was a TRIAL MEMBERSHIP. The lower cost product was just the item they used. In the future I would suggest to YOU and to EVERYONE that they READ what they are getting into. These online businesses are ONLY doing what YOU the consumer have authorized. So protect yourself by READING!!! On a personal note: I want to thank you. I came to this site to help combat the immaturity and baseless accusations that all businesses have to deal with. Everyday I have to point out to some mouth breather that they are in their current predicament due to THIER problems. Businesses have it hard enough, but when the very same people YOU as a business are trying to assist turn around and hamstring your rep, it makes it even harder. If there are no businesses, there are no JOBS!!!! I see peoples inability to read EVERYDAY!!! Their inability to use COMMON SENSE!!!! Their inability to act like an adult instead of immature spoiled children. I thank you BECAUSE instead of blasting the business, YOU have accepted YOUR PART!!! To YOU it may seem like a very small thing. But here on this site, an adult accepting responsibility for their screw ups is UNHEARD OF!!!
