Responded to online advertisement (including from Dr. Oz) touting the wonders of the new Seneca Skin Support "free samples" of the two creams. They were nothing special. Surprised to see a charge of $94.56 notification from them that my next ordered supply was coming Called their number 888-506-4176 on 10/22/14 and spoke with Agent #320, who pointed out that in accepting the minimally charged sample product, I had agreed to an ongoing order unless I had notified them within the timeline indicated (in the very fine print of course which I should have read with mu magnifying glass)! I requested a refund and all further orders stopped. After arguing, she agreed to refund if I returned the unopened package marked RMA#1763971335771345 on the outside of the package. I did this, and when no refund had been issued by 1/3/15 I called the above number (no longer in service) as well as the other number on the product 888-506-5837 (also no longer in service). Also sent an email to [email protected], which was not returned, but also never responded to. Have filed a complaint with the FTC as well (dated 1/28/2015).
