seneca/vitabella skin solutions So after I sent an e-mail asking for my money back I've been getting a form letter from Dan that keeps stating my account was closed as of 10/30/2014. It's the letter about the terms and conditions of their product. I haven't even seen the terms and condi Sent product back with info that they needed and still kept my money; Santa Ana California
I tried a product that I had seen on-line with a Dr.Oz endorsment. I filled out the information on-line application and decided to cancel my application. About 1 week later I recieved a phone call about the product to try it out at a reduced price. I decided to try it. I didn't get both products at the same time so I called the company since you are supposed to use the two products together. At that time I was asked to call the company about the product.
At that time it was getting close to the 14 trial period to end, even though I had just gotten both products finally. I found out the 14 day trial started when I first ordered the product. I did call and cancel but was still chared $99.73 for the product. I was able to get someone in their customer service and expressed my displeasure with the product. I was given a RMA # that was needed for my refund along with the return address. So I waited and waited and still didn't get my refund. That's when I had seen that I wasn't the only one that was duped out of my money.
I have tried repeatedly with the e-mail to get my money back. However Dan just keeps sending his responce to me in a form letter about the terms and conditions. Unfortunatly for me I put my order in with a telemarketer and wasn't able to read the terms and conditions. I'm still very angry that I still haven't gotten my money back even though I sent back the sample with an RMA number.
