I have ordered suits from Rachel at Sensational designs on 2 occasions. The first time I ordered them they arrived sooner then I expected. The Second time they were a more elaborate design and they were aprox. 1 week late, however, Rachel contacted me several times by e-mail and even by phone to keep me updated on the status of my suits. When my suits arrived I was very surprised and very grateful. Not only did I have my suits, Rachel made up for my delay by adding additional crystals to them for no extra cost to make up for the wait time. The quality of my suits were second to none and I will continue to be a custmer of Sensational Designs as long as I am a competitor.

This is in response to the "complaint" from GINA BURTON!! Gina REFUSED to pay the remaining balance on her suits prior to shipment!! No LEGIT COMPANY is going to send products without the product being paid for IN FULL first!! She would not even accept to do a C.O.D. Gina ALSO signed a POLICY FORM stating she CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD, there are NO REFUNDS!! And the deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! Even though my policies state this, I offered to refund her deposit once I RESOLD HER SUITS!! Until then, my hands were tied!! I feel as though I have went above and beyond to satisify her. Some people are just too ignorant to satisify. I would also like to add that she has made SEVERAL threats to slander my name!! Gina Burton WAS & IS the only customer in which this has happened. Her "Two Friends" is a complete lie!! I have MANY recurring customers whom have never had ANY PROBLEMS WHAT_SO_EVER!! You can not satisify everyone!!
