Be aware about Sensible Home Warranty out of Sparks NV. We purchased a Policy and paid almost 400$. We had a Problem with our Water Heater and Microwave. We did get aproved for both Repairs over the Phone by Sensible Home Warranty. We got told we had to pay up front to the Technician and would get our Money back 4-6 Weeks later. We paid our full Price to the local Technician. We never got our Money / Refund from Sensible Home Warranty. Still waiting, No Response to Calls or E Mails. BE AWARE.... you pay for the Policy and up Front, but you dont get a Penny back. Still waiting to see my Money or hear back from them. Where are the regulations for this Company ??? Dont use them, its a Nightmare.
