Sensible home warranty, headquartered in Nevada contacted our company to diagnose a problem with a heatpump in Spring Hill FL. After agreeing on a diagnosis fee of $ 106.00 our company sent a technician to the jobsite found the problem and sent a bill along with a repair quote by email to Monique (our contact at sensiblehomewarranty.com) after 31 days had past we sent a notice that the invoice was overdue. On 11/05/09 we were contacted by Andrew and we were ask to forward the bill to him, at this point I informed Andrew the invoice had been sent to his company twice already. I was then told by Andrew if I wanted to be paid I should send the invoice by email a 3rd time to his attention. We forwarded the invoice, their work order and the repair quote and all the other correspondence to Andrew. Since that time we have tried by phone and email to contact Andrew for payment without any answer from him or the company. It's sad when companies and individuals take advantage of others knowing that a small dollar amount owed would cost the company more to chase than to just write it off. Not a company I would use for anything. if they can't pay a $ 106.00 bill, I wonder if they ever pay out on a claim?
If they call your company for service, don't go you will never get paid no matter what they promise.
