It was clear after 2 months, that Chad Levin and SEO Hop did not know what they were doing. They were supposed to write SEO product descriptions and for luxury sex toys and they had a a description of a $5 candy g string. After speaking to a large SEO company, Seer Interactive, it was clear that Chad's strategies for an industry that uses black hat techniques and the inablity to write appropriate product descriptions, we terminated them.

Pay your bills instead of writing erroneous lies

Mrs. Khara Cartagena you have published these erroneous lies about my company simply because you have been put into collections for not paying your bills. Your husband signed an agreement on behalf of the velvet lily for four months and only paid for three. After months of calling and being told the contract would be continued, we decided it was time to take action.
The fact that you paid for 3 months negates your previous statement that you terminated us after 2 months.
- We were never supposed to write product descriptions for the velvet lily because during a verbal meeting with you and your husband and employees we all decided that your employees would be writing the product descriptions not our company. Therefore, none were written by our company. So whom ever wrote the product description you are referring to had to be one of your employees.
I am not going to discuss seer interactive’s opinions of you and your company because that is not my place or duty here.
In fact we know exactly what we are doing, which is why your site gets more traffic now. You see when you switched from shopify to big commerce the website migration was not done correctly by your team so all the url’s were changed. This would cause a major drop in traffic. Well instead we fixed this and showed you how to fix it as well even after the damage had already been done.
If it weren’t for us your website would have tanked and got 0 visits after the move from shopify to big commerce. Instead we kept it stable and once all the urls were found and fixed your website traffic immediately increased 10% within that first month.
So instead of attacking me for doing an awesome job. You should be finding ways to remove this ripoffreport before you are sued for defamation.
