I have provided high quality SEO to thousands of top companies in the 12 years I have been in the business. I am certified in SEO and SEM and I deliver stellar results to clients. However ask anyone in our industry, and they will tell you that it typically takes about 90 days to see results and get the rankings that clients desire. Pamela was a client of ours for 2 months. The first 30 days we spent going through every page in her web site http://www.predictmyfuture.com. This web site is a miss match of different programming languages and codes. From an SEO stand point is was a complete night mare! We managed to score each page in the 90th percentile for SEO. We site mapped her site, submitted it and where in the process of obtaining rankings, when Pamela went through and stripped out all the code. She then proceeded to blame us for her site getting hacked into, and that we caused errors in her sites coding. We are an SEO company and we only work on the coding related to the marketing. I should of seen the warning signs. 1. She has hired and fired several web design and marketing companies. This is a big red flag in our industry. It shows that the client is difficult to work with and please. 2. She stated repeatedly that her site was constantly getting hacked into, and when I checked there was no evidence of it. This demonstrates paranoia on the clients part. 3. She asked us to do web design work for her and then complained that it was not up to her standards. Pamela is an online psychic last time I checked and not a web designer or SEO specialist. I have been doing this for 12 years now, and believe I know a heck of allot more than she does. The only reason she is blasting us like this is because we are sending her to collections for nonpayment of her account. We did the work and she stole it from us. Look at her site, she still has some of our work in it. If it was so bad why is she still using it. If she was unhappy how come she never returned our calls to discuss it with us? Why is it only now months later when we told her she was going to collections that we hear from the elusive online psychic? Bottom line she signed a contract and didn't want to pay us for the work we already performed.
