Sephora sent me an email offering a FREE Philosophy offer of the Mirachle Worker Set valued at $65 if I placed an order.

I placed an order of over $100 the day I received Sephora's free offer.  Sephora took my payment for all items in the cart including the FREE offer.  The free offer was the only reason I placed the online order as I really did not need to make any purchase but desired this item as a Christmas gift. 

Several days later, I received an email stating this free philosophy offer item sku 1158401 is out of stock.  Sephora has these products in the free kit available individually but Sephora did not give me these items.  I notified customer service with my dissatisfaction and informed them I did not need order without this item.  Sephora still shipped order without item as well as not acknowledging my notifying them.  Sephora did not even offer to ship this item at a later date.

I will not shop this company ever again in the future as it was fraud offering an item just to get a customer to place an order not to mention very poor handling of this situation.  Sephora could have mentioned prior to taking my money that this item was not going to be given to me and I would not have placed the order!
