I went for a consultation and was shown a practically invisible strand of what looks like fishing wire and was told that human hair would be weaved into a special hair piece for me that would add volume to the crown of my hair, pleased with the way that looked I then signed a contract and paid half of the $2200 as a down payment...I waited a month and got a call saying my piece had arrived,I scheduled an appointment for later that week at 10:OO am,I got a call on my cell as a was driving to sequence and they told me they needed to move my appointment to 11:00,I agreed since i was already on my way..when I arrived there I was made to wait 3 hours, during which time I heard numerous complaint calls coming in which made me a little reluctant to go ahead with the proceedure without seeing the hair piece fIRST..Apparantly the consultations are done in the same building but on a different floor, where there are noy incoming calls for you to hear nyones complaints...after a substancial wait I was let to see what was suppossed to be my new blending piece,it looked nothing like what i was shown by the salesman..as I said before ,I was shown beautiful human hair on a thread so thin it was undetectable, this was what appeared to be doll hair on a thick net, like a fast food workers hair net,,needless to say,I was appalled and did not want the proceedure..Also at this office I was given literature on how they can secure your new hair, which included glue, tape, fake skin membrane, all of which I asked about at my consultation and was told thet i would have mine secured with 4 small "barbie" sized pony tails that would be undetectable and that the other methods were used for people that were completely bald, when I asked my tech she told me that she would be using glue, which I would never have agreed to as it damages your hair. was then told regardless of if i went through with the proceedure,I needed to pay the balance because the technitions apply the hair for free, its the hair itself that costs $2200...hmm...technitions that work for free and $2200 for doll hair? absurd!! I refused to pay the balance and asked for a refund,I was told that the owner would call me about this matter,it has been several weeks and I have not heard from anyone at this company,in spite of numerous attempts to call the owner...also I was lied to about the cost to maintain..I was told about $50.00 per month, after signing the papers the estimate was close to $150.00 per month.
