I have contracted Service America for the past 4 years and hardly ever used their services. Last month, we had an issue with the washer and dryer machine and we asked a technician to come and repair it.  The technician came but did not resolve the issue and said that we needed a part that he must order it. It took a week for the part to come, he came a week later and it was not the issue. It took another week for the technician to order the part he thought he need it to repair it and again it was not the part. Since then, I been trying to get a technician to come to my house and repair it but here is what I have encounter:

1. I did'nt pick up the phone when they call and I called literally two minutes later but it took me more than 30+ minutes to get someone on the line. Their average waiting time is more than that and if you are lucky because there has been instances in which I have called and they have hang up the phone on me.

2. When I finally got someone on the line, they told me it was too late and I had to re-schedule. I did and the technician was suppose to come 3 days later and did not showed up. I called after 5pm and they asked to talk to a dispatcher which told me that technicians were running late and will do their best to get to my home. The person did not come and told the company that my building had no access (a building that has 24/7 access to front desk, valet parking and security)

3. After their no show, I had to re-schedule once again and it took another 3 days to make an appointment. The person again did not showed up. I called back and they told me it was a computer glitch

4. I called back again and ask for an appointment and they told me that they have returned the parts to the warehouse and I have to wait another two days to come.

5. I was guaranteed that this past tuesday before 5pm, some would come to my house and repair my machine. It did not happen because once again they convently had a glitch in their systems... Mind you that it was supervisor who booked the appointment...

6. Today, wednesday, after talking to almost everyone in the company their assistant manager "Tracey" assured me that someone will come to repair my machine.

 

Conclusions:

1. You pay for a service that you expect to receive on a timely manner but reality is that it will take weeks to get it repair.

2. These people have caused me anxiety, frustration, incommodity and a total waste of my time and the wrost part is that we have paid them!!!!

3. Not worth it, DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES
