Service Finance Mark Berch and bros. at it again, unethical, abusive, discriminatory ripoff Boca Raton Florida
Mark Berch is at it again!! Do not use Sevice Finance! Mark and his two brothers, known for scamming the public, have now gotten their hands into the finance world!! Of course, the company cannot be in his name, but rest assured, he is the henchman! As an ex-employee, I can tell you they have not changed their ways ONE BIT!!!
I was forced to work six days a week, forced to take legal documents and use my college education to "make it so I don't get sued," as Mark Berch would tell me. Forced to work six days a week with no time for family. Forced to discriminate agains the elderly: "Don't make it obvious, but don't approve someone who is terminally ill or old" as "partner" Karl McNish told me.
I was also asked to make "copies" of signatures and then to cut them out and make fradulent loan documents. It does not end there, I was also told to use a certain individual's social security number, name and other private information to act as him and access personal motor vehicle records.
Also in place is Mark's extremely abusive banter. He throws things, swears constantly with every other word being "f***" and everything else under the sun. His actions also included throwing things, slamming doors, and creating a completely chaotic work atmosphere.
Do NOT USE this company. They now have their hands in subprime car loans, run by an individual who was fired from another large finance company. He too is as shady as the Berch's.
PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, the Berch's are at it again!! WE MUST STOP THEM!!

The lie keeps him alive! Mark... I see you have not changed at all. You still make me sick.I saw the report by Adrian...Sounds like you are a real sick man. If those things are true Mark, you need to get some real help! God looks down on your kind ya know. I think its true... the things you uded to say on the V-Tel make me feel that way. you have said some REAL sick things on there. I sometimes think to my self, what is he hidding? i I think i know now what that was. I really feel for Barb. From what Adrian said... you put her through hell and did some sick things. SAD! I hope you get that help Mark. Its not fair to your so called family. How does it make you feel to have so many people hate your guts? I don't think i would feel very safe. Do you ever wonder who it is that takes your money at a diner or 7/11? It wont be long before you go to prison... i will make sure that if you do end up in there... your mates will know what you have been up to! They dont like your kind in there!!! I am the President of Service Finance and signed the checks that Mr. Larry Gould cashed bi-monthly. The only reason he used the name Steve was to hide from the truth. Mr. Larry Gould said that the company is not in my name which is simply not true. Mr. Larry Gould also states that he was forced to work six days per week. In an email dated November 7, 2005, he confirms he worked approximately 40 hours per week. His time records do not indicate 6 days per week, in fact, this is completely untrue. I did not interact with Mr. Larry Gould so I am not certain why he would state that I directed him to falsify documents. However, the company is in possession of several emails from Mr. Larry Gould threatening to contact the BBB and make trouble for the company at any cost. All of these emails were sent to Karl McNish who was his direct manager. Mr. Larry Gould stated that Karl McNish was my partner. This is also not true. Larry has proven to be a vindictive, unhappy, disgruntled ex-employee. Mr. Larry Gould was released by Karl McNish for tardiness, email and phone usage for peronal reasons during work hours. He was warned on several occasions. It is evident that he is using this site to bully the company, myself and my brothers. It is unfortunate that this site does not substantiate claims being made against individuals prior to the posting. The Company is planning to take legal action against Mr. Larry Gould for making false, defamatory statements.
