Sextoysex ripoff Charged excessive amt. for shipping and did not deliver according to terms Burbank California
I ordered an item from this company that cost $17 and paid $15 for shipping so that my item would be received in 5 days (which is totally ridiculous).
I phoned this company on several occasions requesting that they refund my credit card, which they charged the same day. The customer service representative informed me that the only way they would refund my order was if the item was defective.
At this point, I informed her of the shipping terms. She continued telling me of their refund policy. In turn, I asked to speak with a member of management. She put me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time before her supervisor came on the line and informed me of their refund policy.
As I was on my cellular and driving, I had no other choice but to hang up. Upon my arrival to my destination, I looked on their website (because I recalled seeing that they refund if shipping mistakes were made). This was confirmed when I looked online.
I phoned again to inform them of their online policy. They told me that the item had been shipped. It was 14 days before I received the item I ordered--a dollar for each day I guess.
They did not honor their own shipping terms and refused to refund my money. I am in the process of disputing the charges on my credit card. This wen company is a total ripoff. On top of this the item looking like it cost $1.
