SFL NUtrition, LLC SCAM! Boca Raton Florida
I ordered ACAI berry from SFL Nutrition in Boca raton FL through their website. What I ordered was a free trial and I had to pay the shipping and handeling. Next thing I knew I had a charge for 69.95 on my bank account! I called the number listed several times they claimed there was a disclaimer on their web page that with the free trial I agreed to purchase the ACAI berry. I know this is not true because I made sure when reading their website that I was not signing up for anything but the free trial. I was told to send the product back and they would refund my money.....so I did.
When I never received a refund I attempted to call 1-800-278-3620, which I had called to inquire about this charge. When I called the number I got a message saying the number was no longer in service. I went to the web site and got another number to contact from cutomer support. When I spoke to the gentleman, he claimed they only sent the free trial, and did not charge me 69.95 for the product. When I told him i returned both the free trial and the ACAI berry I did not order to their mailing address in Sparks, Nevada, He told me that it must have been sent by another company not SFL nutrition. I told the gentleman I never ordered ACAI from another web site only their site. They refused to send me a refund!
I have my confirmation from the post office that the product was returned and received. I only wish I checked out this business with the Better Business Bureau before i ordered my free trial, I would have seen that their company has been involved with many fradulant schemes.
