Well the same thing happened to me people i ordered online my free trial offer. i only had to pay shipping and handling. the product which sucks arrived shortly after. anyways i tried to call the 1866-320-0038 and of course do not work i recieved my second shipment and i went to their email address sflnutrition.com and the have a number there 18007871219 they say it's gonna take a long time because they have alot incoming calls which obviously everyone is complaining but they answer in less than 5 min.
anyways guess what people they can stop shipments and the gave me my rma but they will be refunding me only 70% they have to keep 30% as restocking fee isn't that wonderful, but atleast its something i guess.
Unfortunetly we all look at these rip off reprts after we are RIPPED OFF. Maybe next we will check 1st. well i hope this helps someone.
