SH Nevada Enterprises Stacey Ryland Stanley Howard Ripped me off for "loan origination" fees. Henderson Nevada
I was looking for start up capital to start a new business. I found SH Nevada Enterprises when they reached out to me off of a Craigslist ad I had placed. After a great deal of skepticism and going back and forth with Stacey Ryland for almost 2 months, I finally got desperate enough to pay a $350.00 origination fee.
The ageement was that the $15k loan would be wired to my account immediately upon receiving the $350.00 fee. I literally confirmed one last time less than one hour prior to sending the fee. I did so and then the excuses started. The loan origination people had changed the document preparation fee. The wire costs had gone up.
Bottom line... send another $420.00 and we will wire today.. Complete freaking scam Avoid this man and this company like the plague. They prey on desperation and truly have no remorse or conscience. I am truly hopeful that there is a special place in hell for Stacey Ryland and whoever else is involved with SH Nevada Enterprises.
