I to have been a victim of this scam! I tried to stop them from renewing my membership and even though I cancelled without a problem, they said they would not refund my money. I cannot see how this is legal. It is a very frustrating situation. I wish I had not ever logged onto their site. I am sorry for anyone who sets up a membership with these folks!

Yes they do renew it automatically but i just had a charge also and emailed them saying that I would only like the three month so they refunded my the difference and said that it would no longer be automatic charge but we will have to see
