We researched all of Mr. Miceli's statements and responded in writing to his inquiries. All requests for work in Mr. Miceli's apartments were performed in a timely and professional manner by qualified technicians and/or licensed contractors. Additionally, Mr. Miceli received follow up calls to verify the satisfactory completion of the work. We make every effort to provide our residents with efficient and professional service. Mr. Miceli informed us he was seeking early termination of his lease agreement because he had accepted a job in another location. His lease afforded him this privilege upon payment of the early termination fee. He registered his dissatisfaction when he was told he could not be released from this obligation. We regret that Mr. Miceli was unhappy with the fact that the lease is a legally binding document to both the Lessor and Lessee.
