Shangai Worldbest Group Co.,Ltd James Wei Scam Shanghai Internet
James Wei acting as a sales representative of the Chinese chemical manufacturer/supplier Shanghai Worldbest Group Co.,Ltd sent me a proforma invoice of 580$ for a chemical product I requested, asking me to pay in advance. On February 13th 2012 I wire transfered 580$ from my bank account to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shanghai Branch account no: 1001253709006820926, beneficiary: Shanghai Worldbest Group Co.,Ltd.
Untill today (17th April 2012) I have not received the product. James Wei has only provided me fake tracking numbers. This happened twice. In the beginning he provided an invalid EMS tracking no and recently an invalid DHL tracking no. During all this time he has proven totally unreliable and now I know well that I am a victim of a scam. I have read online scam reports concerning this "company" but unfortunately I found those reports after I have paid.
It is highly unlikely that I will get my money back so I advise you to avoid doing business with Shanghai Worldbest Group Co.,Ltd and James Wei at all costs! Be very cautious when you choose your business partners from websites especially if their payment terms are T/T in advance.
