Shannon Stephens, dba Green Energy Capital, Green Energy Capital1, Ultimate Source Capital, or any other name she decides. Beware - scam loan provider! Always changing her contact information! Do NOT send her $. Hermitage, Tennessee.
This individual perpetrates frauds (documented) such as:
Non-recourse loans
Project Funding
BGs (Bank Guarantees), MTNs (Mid Term Notes), etc.
Trade Programs ("The Platform" and other High-yield trade programs)
and any other program that could generate money to her, either up front or on the backside.
She is very easy and pleasant to converse with (quite charming, actually) and I have personally spent many hours over many days and many months where she even gets to the point where contracts are executed, wire orders are created, money is sent to "her associate" via Western Union, which of course, prevents her from having to show a bank account relationship.
Please be aware that I believe that she may even operate under various aliases, always under the disguise of "some company name"@gmail" or other addresses that are so easily created, discarded, and/or edited once "the heat" is turned up. This is obviously a great process for scammers such as Shannon. She also picks a company name with an address that she has no personal or corporate ties to, with excuses that she simply doesn't want to be listed on the corporate charter because she is still recovering from a bad marriage relationship. When you call that company, they never know anyone by that name - and she has an excuse for that since she explains that they are simply covering for her.
She has personally benefited from having received thousands of dollars from me personally, my clients and other relationships as well, so I ask that if you know of this individual, or anyone who has either operated in this manner (or is currently operating in this manner), please drop me an email and be specific with the details.
