Complaint Review: Sharon Easley Easley & Marquis Lisa Marquis - Plano Texas

Any opposing party or attorney who has been on the opposing side of this unethical and greedy family law and divorce attorney knows how she breaks the law, commits perjury and crimes in the courtroom and obstructs justice. It is a disgrace to the citizens of Collin County, Texas and the respectable and ethical attorneys that an attorney, like Sharon Easley, can commit perjury, obstruct justice, subornate perjury, fabricate evidence, tamper with witnesses and represent herself as an official of the tribunal and call herself an attorney. It is no wonder people do not like or trust attorneys. All they have to do is look at Sharon Easley, who is the poster child for fraud, corruption and unethical behavior in the familly law segment of law. I have filed a criminal complaint against Sharon Easley with the Collin County District Attorney. John Roach's Office. I will post updates on the case, once I hear from the DA's office. The DA's office informed me it would be a couple weeks before they can review my case and get with me. The DA's office has a bunch of mortgage fraud cases going to trial in the next couple weeks so I should have an update within the next month or so. I am listing the sections of the Texas Penal Code which pertain to my criminal case so that others can reference the code sections and see if they apply to your case. I encourage anyone who has been a party to a suit where Sharon Easley or her firm, Easley & Marquis, has been the opposing attorney to take this matter seriously and file criminal charges with the DA's office so we can get this attorney prosecuted for the crimes she commits and remove her from the practice of law. It is also common practice and well known throughout the legal community of Collin County that Sharon Easley likes to fabricate and create allegations of sexual abuse against the father, especially if the father has a daughter or daughter(s). This is also a crime and fraud upon the court.

I have hard evidence and prima facie evidence to warrant investigation of Sharon Easley for perpetrating and/or conspiring to perpetrate the following offenses per the Texas Penal Code, some classified as felonies:

37.08 False Report to Peace Officer or Law Enforcement Employee

37.09 Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence

37.10 Tampering with Governmental Record

38.16 PREVENTING EXECUTION OF CIVIL PROCESS

38.171 FAILURE TO REPORT FELONY.

32.47 FRAUDULENT DESTRUCTION, REMOVAL, OR CONCEALMENT OF WRITING.

39.02 ABUSE OF OFFICIAL CAPACITY.

261.107. INVESTIGATION OF REPORT OF CHILD ABUSE OR NEGLECT; PENALTY (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly or intentionally makes a report as provided in this chapter that the person knows is false or lacks factual foundation. An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor unless it is shown on the trial of the offense that the person has previously been convicted under this section, in which case the offense is a state jail felony.
