office staff called sharon on january 20th at 4:17pm and spoke to sharon reminding her of the schedule pick up she said ok
she was gives las intructions to call the office when landing. at 7:45 schedule landing time driver called sharon over a piriod of 40 minutes with no answer but voicemails messages. last call when straight to voicemail indication that the phone was turned off. also a text to call was sent to the cellphone above.
passenger was determined NO SHOW and an uncollected $80.00 plus a $20.00 waiting fee.
