Complaint Review: Shauna Brennan - henderson Nevada

Shauna is the easiest, hardest working lawyer I have ever dealt with. Do not listen to the couple of angry people on here that have been blasting her. The rumors and lies are far from the truth. Shauna worked on a foreclosure case for us a couple of moths ago and she wipped the floor with the banks. It was awesome to watch. We leanred a lot from her and look forward to staying in contact with her in the future.

They say only those that experience something negative write reviews, well I'm here to change that. My wife and I were having our house foreclosed upon illegally. We were making the payments to our bank on time. We for some reason started receiving letters in the mail saying we were late on our payments. Long story short our bank had opened another account that we didn't want opened and were storing our mortgage payments in this account. I have no idea why they were doing this but I googled to see if others had experience this and saw dozens and dozens of other stories just like ours. We hired Shauna and her team because of word of mouth. She came highly recommended so we called and set up an appointment. She looked in to our case and said she could help. Well she took the facts to the bank and they didn't care. We ended up going to court where Shauna tore them apart. The judge said we were in the right and had to pay our legal fees as well as stop harassing us for phantom late payments. I'm very glad we went with Shauna or else we might have lost our home for no reason. Be careful out there homeowners, the banks are corrupt and will try to steal your home out from under you.

 It's darkly comical to see this going on.

Truth is even though I hate to admit it-it WAS ms Chaneys decision to move forward and place TRO on her adverserial partner-me-Emile-the perrson who created and built the business.

Ms chaney was too busy stuffing her face with sugar and watching TV all day long.

It was her stupid ignorant uneducated daughters who enabled her to do so. Lazy ungrateful worthless little monkeys, who all started having sex when they were 13 years old-or before.

The daughters who decided to have 4 babies with that fool cody parker-and the other one who dropped out of school when she was 12 and proceeded to twice becoame a crytal meth addict.

Jenny is a complete moron-and everyone who met her wondered what was wrong with her.

Brennan DID lie to the court-and she wanted Julio R. to lie to the court and say that I was homophobic-which I am far from.

I-unlike Brennan am a liberal democrat.

Carol ann did steal the business and more-but she will end up losing everything-because shes a farce and a terrible business person-listening to idiots and attorneys.

Never coming up with NY ideas-fighting everyone and always being angry.

The universe will take care of its own-I now have 3 succesful companies-one of which is competing with ms Chaney and her monkey daughters.

In my opinion Brennan did drag the case on-for selfish purposes (billing), but truth is simple

Ms Chaney (who dropped out of school when she was 13) could have easily taken a different route-than suing her husband who filed for divorce few days earlier.

She could have admitted the truth NObody wants to work with her-NO body wants to be with her-and made much better decisions.

But she is a control freak-who is out of control.

Chaney is a thief and a con-and her useless daughters deserve the lives they will be leading in the years to come.

Her mother Nobuko has cheated on her taxes for 20 years and more-her sister an "MD" is a fat diabetic alcoholic, whos son chuck is also an alcoholic diabetic-useless uneducated as well.

WOW What a family!!!!

I have worked with Shauna for years and find it disgusting that you would attack her in such a way. She is one of the most honest, hardworking women I have ever met. She would never, ever, ever, ever inform a client to lie!   Whoever you are, you should call and sit down with her and talk this over in a professional manner instead of hiding behind your keyboard. Whoever reads this please take a look at her track record and don't just believe these few bad reports.

I want to thank you “Alexa” for bringing attention to my law firm, as being at the top of the search engines actually helps my business!  I am actually impressed that you would express so much interest in employers/mother’s legal situation.   I have a flawless record over 27 years as an attorney.  I am an advocate for my clients to ensure that they are represented to the fullest. I thank anyone reading this for the time you spent and encourage you to do some research into my past in order to develop a fair and honest opinion of my experience and the services which my firm offers.  This review involves a business representation, not a consumer ocmplaint at all.          

This review is not even that of the client but of family members or employees, who are not informed or included in the legal process by their BOSS, not me.  I am so sorry that they feel helpless in their employment/familial situation to the point of taking out their frustration on me.  In the case of a lawsuit, I am called in AFTER the battle is started, it is not my battle.  I do my very best for the client, I do not control the outcome and there are many variables.  Blaming me for the damages is like blaming the first responders for the 911 attack.  It is shameful. 

I want to assure you and my client that I would NEVER reveal any client confidentiality, even if you choose to tell stories, however for matters disclosed in court pleadings these are public record and I can comment on these items.  It is unfortunate that you choose to use the same venue RipOff Report to attempt to harass me and adversely impact my reputation, which is the same site used against your mother to harm her reputation and caused her such anguish.  It is shameful. 

I appreciate that you are frustrated that your mother as the business owner was my client and that she did not include you or your sisters in the extensive meetings and strategy sessions that we had during this litigation, in fact only the client, your mother, was the decision maker. 

Be assured that all options were thoroughly discussed with your mother and she made all decisions.  I can understand that it would be confusing for you as these are very complex legal matters.  Lawsuits are time intensive, expensive ventures, of which your mother was fully aware and she choose to move forward. 

I did not, and never would, make any representations about the outcome of a case.  In this case, which is a matter of public record, I was able to obtain astonishing results, including a Temporary Restraining Order excluding the adversarial business partner from the business.  As is well known, a TRO is an extraordinary remedy only granted 5% of the time and the fact that I was able to get this result for my client, your mother and her business, within 5 days of being retained is exceptional.  You all wanted that partner out of the business, but now you forget that altogether.                                                                                 

I would not advise any client to lie, or lie under oath, and I have never lied to opposing legal counsel or a Judge.  This is perjury and against the law.  As there are ongoing lawsuits relating to these matters you reference, you should not be stating that you lied, in fact you should not be making any statements as they can be used against your mother and the business as an admission against interest.  You are a very foolish girl.  

With respect to the alleged advice not to advertise, this is also ridiculous as my advice is limited to legal matters and I would never, and did not, provide any advice about marketing or advertising.  In fact I believe that was your job and the responsibility of the client’s other daughters.  So if there were deficiencies in performance of marketing it was actually done by you and your sisters. 

Finally, as you do not have an education nor business acumen, I would not expect you to understand these complex matters or the cost.  Your mother is a sophisticated business woman who has had at least 4 attorneys in the past, to my knowledge, and is capable of negotiating and paying her legal fees, so this is not your concern.  Also, she selected a family law attorney, without my advice or consultation, who did a great job for which I cannot take any credit or blame.
