Complaint Review: Shauna Brennan - las vegas Nevada

The negative reviews are written all by one person. I have worked with Shauna for years and I know the situation. It's true, while Shauna is one of the best legal advisors in the city, she can't win every single case. The person that is slandering Shauna actually had their case won but it took a while to settle and as you can imagine it cost a lot. Shauna actually advised them to stop moving forward because she knew it would be expensive and in the end they would be bitter.

All the reports about Shauna sound like one bitter person. If you actually ask around past clients or even lawyers in town you will get the truth about Shauna Brennan. She's an outstanding lawyer who fights very hard for the people she represents. I would have her go to bat for me a thousands times over. It's true what they say, the internet for the most part only shows the small amount of negative comments and not the overwhelming majority of positive ones. Don't believe these lies. She's an awesome woman!

I thank anyone reading this for the time you spent and encourage you to do some research into my past in order to develop a fair and honest opinion of my experience and the services which my firm offers.  

This review is not even that of the client but of family members or employees, who are not informed or included in the legal process by their BOSS, not me.  I am so sorry that they feel helpless in their employment/familial situation to the point of taking out their frustration on me.  In the case of a lawsuit, I am called in AFTER the battle is started, it is not my battle.  I do my very best for the client, I do not control the outcome and there are many variables.  Blaming me for the damages is like blaming the first responders for the 911 attack.  It is shameful.

Michael B.  I am actually impressed that you would spend so much time employer’s legal situation.   I have a flawless record over 27 years as an attorney, the only complaints arising from representing this particular client in a very complex and personally nasty litigation, which is still on-going.

I would not advise any client to lie, or lie under oath, and I have never lied to opposing legal counsel or a Judge.  This is perjury and against the law.  As there are ongoing lawsuits relating to these matters you reference, you should not be stating that you lied, in fact you should not be making any statements as they can be used against your employer and the business as an admission against interest.  You are a fool.

Anyone who has ever worked with me knows that I would never “run around crying and shouting,”  this is not my style.  Your exaggeration belies your inexperience and frustration, clearly as you do not have a platform to vent your frustrations and helplessness, you feel the need to direct them to me.  I feel sorry for you and your desperate cry for help.

It is unfortunate that you can not reveal your own name, as there was no Michael you are clearly hiding behind anonymity choose to use the same venue RipOff Report to attempt to harass me and adversely impact my reputation, which is the same site used against your employer to harm her reputation and caused her such anguish.  It is shameful.

This has to be made up right? To even say that a legal advisor would have her secratery call and say she couldn't do something because of her hormones is nuts! My experiance with Shauna was the exact opposite. She was upfront and honest with me about how much she charged and the process it would take to settle my case. I don't know what the author of this report is on but it's something crazy! Shauna did a great job for me.
