Hi Kyle, There are a couple reasons this account may be on your cbr. If you were placed on the account as an authorized user or signed up let's say a month ago to be a joint on that account,it would show the original open date on the account, that is how it is possible to have a file date before a date of birth even. The 2nd reason is that someone opened account in your name completely. But if you dispute it with the cbr's, it should be removed,no questions asked

Same thing happened to me, it's easy to fix actually. I just wrote a letter to all 3 credit bureaus and told them that it was not possible for me to obtain credit at that age, and to please remove it from my report. Within a couple of months (after all the bureaus investigated the incident) it was removed from my credit report without a problem.
