Shell Gas Station LARGE AMOUNT OF CREDIT CARD HOLD (AMEX). SHELL HATE AMEX CUSTOMERS. Tampa Nationwide
I used my AMEX card and this gas station take $99 hold on your card and you charged only $8.00 on your credit card. They will not release your money. I do not understand they do that to people. Just simply say you don't want people using American Express. If people use their Visa and MC no problem but always an issue with the Amex. They don't care about holding your money for a long time. One time it was 8 freaking days. Its clear to me Shell hate Amex customers and they are not a fan. If they were they would not take $100 from a $8.00 charge. They obviously don't care about the customer. They gas station has offically lost me a customer. I will continue to speak the work including Youtube.
