On July 8th 2010 at 1:20pm I had missed a call from a Private Name. The voicemail had Yes, hi. This message is for Sara Meagan Decker. This is Fernando (last name beginning with F I couldnt make out) calling from Shellco Credit Systems regarding a pending legal matter. It is in your best interested to call me back right away 1 866 739 9893I called the number back immediately from my work phone, a woman picked up and put me through to Fernando. He explained I owed an outstanding amount to Calgary Place of $1750. I never received any information and asked him to re-fax the damage owing details (I havent received them yet) He explained he is the nicest guy he will talk to and he wants to help me. He said I would need to offer a lump sum and I asked if $500 then a payment plan would be good enough and he said it wasnt then brought up my outstanding Visa which I mentioned I knew about and was working on and he starting to tell me to lose the attitude. He proceeded to get very angry, insulting, not let me get a word in, and eventually hung up on me. I called back, wanting to resolve this and he yelled, swore and insulted me then hung up again telling me to lose my attitude although I had barely said anything. I called back again! This time he proceeded to get more offensive saying things like I am going to f***ing ruin you sweetheart your not gonna have a life after this consider yourself sued and your wages garnished and if you call back again I will call the cops then he phoned me, the conversation went the same. Called again and said just wanted to verify your work then hung up. I called my old rental office, Calgary Place, and explained my situation and that I would love to work out a payment plan with them but I keep getting hung up on. She called him, called me back and we set up a meeting to deal with this between just myself and the company.I feel very harassed and very threatened. I feel like the word very isnt event strong enough. I am afraid and uncomfortable that such an angry person with no professionalism has access to my personal information. Im actually afraid submitting this will make him more angry and he will ruin me
