Shenzhen Hao Han Ying Guang Technology Co., Ltd. Hellen Long Company sells 32 gig mp3 players that hold only 8 gig of data Guangdong China Internet
Ordered 2 32 gig Mp3 players from the Shenzhen Hao Han Ying Guang Technology company listed on AliBaba.com. These units can only hold 8 gigs of data. Have done research which confirms that some lower capacity SD memory (with software code manipulation) has been sold as 32 gig. After filing complaint with AliBaba.com and numerous correspondences with Hellen Long of Shenzhen Hao Han Ying Guang, I was asked to pay for the return of these units and that they would not send replacements as "they might send the same erroneous Mp3 players" again! Having both units with the same problem only bolsters my contention that they are not selling their products as advertised. Thank you for your consideration in this request.

Shenzhen Hao Han Ying Guang Technology selling counterfit/bogus electronic items.Company will only refund a small reimbursement under threat of giving them a posted 5 star rating. 32 Gig Mp3 players are found/manipulated to only hold 8 gigs or less.
Caveat Emptor!
