Shermag Furniture Inc Screwed by a screw ! Sherbrooke, Qc , Nationwide
Bought a $350.00 Rocking chair sold by Shermag, Made in china on a hidden label. Short a screw to put the back on. Guess what?? They have an 877 371-1345 phone number that they do not answer it is a recording. So I used the directions to contact them on the internet to get the 1 screw to complete the construction.
I was informed by email that it will cost $28.00 for the screw to be sent from Canada. $28.00 for a screw?? I was already screwed by buying a $350.00 rocker that pretends to be built in "Quality Construction???" NOT!!!
So if you are considering doing business with this company "DON'T GET SCREWED"
