 I bought 3 products from this company. 2 of the 3 have arrived. The last and important one hasn't shown up. I have called the main number, which leads to the Direct Tv system and wrote 7 email. Their anwer is to to use live chat. That system is down. I wrote to all the emails they have. Every email to main company was a notice back to me telling me to finish my purchase. I sent emails with product information and purchase order info with pictures of what they owe me after they took money out. Their response was for ,e to use live chat, doesn't work, and to finish paying for product. These were paid for from my account in February 2017 and it is now May 2017. Added to their resolve is the please allow the normal 5-8 business days for product to arrive. James with Sherwood Automotive has sent email back saying it was in his box and he will get back to me. His phone doesn't work and won't answer my email. I am still out of the product and money not returned. I would like my product since it is a very hard piece to find for my car. I want someone to shut him down. I am willing to travel to him to get my money back with the product and then whoop his thievery a*s. Sad to know there are still people there out here like this.
