Shields Financial Services Francis Shields Sarah Reyes Carrie Blackford Claim to be a legit Private Lender, but have received $2,026 from me and just disappeared!!! Houston Texas
Francis Shields says he is a legit private lender, but did not come through with a loan he advised that I was approved for after promising he would deliver, but instead disappeared. We both signed a loan contract.
Stated once the VAT fees were paid I would get proof that loan transfer was done and loan would be transferred to my account withing 48 hours. I believed he was a legitimate private lender because a ripof report was created and then the author advised that he did receive his loan confirmation, so I moved forward.
After I paid the $1,356 that was deposited into Sarah Reyes Wells Fargo bank account, I never received the confirmation of loan transfer and 6 hours has turned into 3 weeks.
I paid on January 23, 2018 and Francis stopped communication with me on January 31, 2018 and has blocked my calls because whenever I call him it goes straight to voicemail. He has a total of $2,026 from me.
Always promised that his account manager will send loan transfer confirmation during the time that he was communicating, but never does and will no longer answer calls, text or emails.
He is a scam and fake. Do not do ever send money to him because Francis Shields/Shields Financial Services is only a scammer hiding behind a fake company.
