They'd not give you any replacement for candidates even if they run away on 32nd day from the date of joining. Yes you are right they are cheaters and once your agreement is over with them,they poach same candidates that they made you hire. They contact these candidates and make them place somewhere else. They convince candidates for higher salary. They give you only one month replacement period. Even if candidate runs away on 32nd day then don't replace. Sunita is very cunning and she is the head lady there. DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM
