I recieved a gift of a ruggized Magellan GPS for a Holiday gift. It was not the gift I wanted, so I found out where it was purchased and researched it to see what I would rather have as an item(Driving GPS), I was willing to pay the different in a more expensive item.

So I contacted www.SHIPDOG.com and they would not accept the return of an unopened box/gift after 14 days following Christmas. I spoke to Customer Service, who in told me to put it in writing, so I did, and Customer Service/Management wrote a short message back "Sorry we can not take this back its past our return policy". I wrote back on three other occasions, and I have not heard anything back, so they have decided not to answer my mail.

Their return policy is unacceptable, especially on gifts at the holiday season and especially unopened packages. Every other store that sells this product have much better return policies. Read the fine print on this website!

I would never do business with this website, www.SHIPDOG.Com!

I even spoke to the manufacturer Magellan and they cannot understand why they will not accept my return!
