If all I was doing was complaining, then lets look at the actual work and not some photo which shows nothing.
Visit the site I setup for your company ShipShapeMarineCanvasReviews.com.
I have had quite a few visitors since the site it up and I am sure you have lost work. The photos index in with photos of other jobs you have done.
Enjoy!

I have been in business for 10 years with canvas shops in 3 locations in Florida. My canvas and awning sales exceed 1 million Dollors per year. I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing. Yet no matter what you advise or how hard you try, you always come across someone who just doesn't want to be happy. They prefer to find problems and complain. That's what we have here. This customer was given a price to do this job a certain way. He didn't want to spend the money. We needed to find a way to do the job less expensive. That's what we did and when we delivered the job, all he did was find problems. One of his complaints were needle holes where the stitching was. Are you kidding me? How did he expect us to sew something? In all the years in business, no one every complained of needle holes. Another complaint was leaking. A legitimate complaint that was dealt with immediatly. We fixed the problem within days. Still not happy. See a pattern here. Nothing we were about to do was going to satisfy this man. However, I was still going to remake these windows. Not anymore. Instead of dealing with me, he chose this route. His choice.
By the way. I have done 4 other jobs in his marina before him. No complaints. As a matter of fact, the reason I got his job was because someone referred him to me because of the good work I did. Go Figure.
